eximago: I have to ask since I can't find where anyone else has (which surprises me) but what prompted you to start presenting yourself so manly when in the past you've worn makeup and long hair? And, while we're at it, how do you define your gender? Do you consider yourself gender fluid, or was the girl-thing just something you had fun with for awhile and got tired of?

I understand that new people stumble upon my new look and are confused, but I literally answer this question 20 times a day.
It’s the same answer I gave when people asked me why I started dressing as a girl: I just woke up one day & needed a change. There is no thought out epiphany that hits me. I just know when I need a change & I understand that it confuses people, but I just go with what I feel.
Today I may have this look. Tomorrow I may be gothic. I just go with my gut.
